Wednesday, November 27th last WOD at 5pm. Gym will close at 6pm
Thursday, November 28th Happy Thanksgiving 1 WOD at 8am
Friday, November 29th- 10am WOD only Open Gym until 11:30am

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
With a partner and a running clock, go for as many reps as possible. Each interval, one partner works at station A while the other works at station B. Partners switch whenever they like but every time you switch each partner must do 1 power clean each at 225/155.

A: Row for Calories
B: Push-ups

1 min Rest.

6 min AMRep:
A: Double Unders
B: Jumping Lunges

1 min Rest.

6 min AMRep:
A: Burpees
B: Run 150 meters
(on this interval, partners switch every 150 meter run)
