In 2014, at 35 years old, I realized I was very out of shape. I hadn’t worked out in years, and was not watching what I ate. After barely making it through my training wheels session at KOCF, it became very apparent that I was not doing well. I used to play sports in High School, and practiced 5 days a week for 2-3 hours, and now I couldn’t make it through a 1-hour training wheels session. I vowed to make it back to the place where I could exercise 5 days a week. It has taken tons of work, but over the past 3 years, combining CF with a new wellness diet has put me back to where I want to be. I work out 5 days a week at KOCF, I eat a much better diet, and have lost 50 lbs, going from 255 to 205. I couldn’t have done it without KOCF!!
